The Northern Human Services Partnership (NHSP) is one of ten Regional Intersectoral Committees (RICs) working in Saskatchewan. These committees were created by the Human Services Integration Forum (HSIF) and are funded by the province of Saskatchewan. Each RIC is headed by a Coordinator whose purpose is to carry out the work and mandate of the Committee. The Coordinator works to build community capacity, share information and promote collaboration between the Committee members and the broader community.
The Committee itself is made up of decision makers and leaders from provincial and federal departments of Government, school divisions, health districts, community based organizations (CBOs), non-profit organizations (NGOs) and friendship centers.
